Motivated?

Motivation is hard to come by.
It is fueled by encouragement,
which is given out
in great quantities
by those who either have a vested interest in your achievement
or by those who share in your lack of motivation.
it is mutually motivational.
Do Passers-by take an interest?
And why would they?
That thought is hardly motivating.
